Revivals List

I do talk about Revivals Pretty much, so here are the list of OP Revivals i have gathered and researched:

Social Media:

Mixed Social Media Platforms.

  • Flirb: Twitter 1.1 API Revival, Web app, Including V1 and V2 of Mobile Web Version, has an mobile app too (though it is not on the play store).
  • Off—line: Thefacebook revival, where I started my identity as Fulixis (deprecated), It has been down for a while, but there was barely any activity on offline so don’t expect people online there.
  • Hjonk: A blend of OG Twitter, OMGPop and Myspace, very active (as of December 2025), it is in active development and has features (including gallery and games) in beta, but still, it’s a very cool site.
  • Ivy: Vine Revival, Still Under Development, works with x64 iPhones and Modern Android too, you can also use it on an older iPhone or Android, has a lot of minors on the platform, so i would advise to be careful, but still very cool.
  • Spacehey: MySpace Revival, Very Active, Has a Blog, Forum and Bulletin Feature, Unavailable in the UK, though you can access it via VPN, has features like OG Myspace did (Custom CSS etc)
  • BitView: Old Youtube Revival, Owned by Bittoco (which is def not a company, just a non-profit), It has a lot of Ads on the site, which is really unappealing (Thank god i have Custom DNS), but overall, you can make videos, but it has a nostalgic touch to it (Just to be clear in case, you cant make money)
  • Bilps: Old Twitter Revival (2007-2009), this is also owned by Bittoco (with ads infested too, since Bittoco was bought by BetView), you can send “bleeps” (similar to Tweets) but in a nostalgic way, i had used this before, but then i left it after it introduced Ads.

Instant Messaging:

The ones I have listed are major/self-hostable ones, if you know any more self-hostable ones, or anymore central ones, please let me know.

  • Escargot: AIM, ICQ, Napster and MSN/WLM Revival, personally, i wont recommend it anymore, as there has been some drama (and that Tony is a Money Eating, Media Seeking, person), you can find more information in my blog post here. But overall, it has the complete client support for AIM and even bought back AIM Today (the news and updates window when you open AIM), it is also backed by a company (LevelLeap).
  • CrossTalk: AIM, ICQ and MSN/WLM Revival, i would recommend it over Escargot, since it was created by someone who didn’t like the direction Esacrgot was heading, it uses the old escargot code too. As of writing, it only has MSN/WLM Support (but it does WLM 11/12 unlike escargot), as AIM is unstable (only Buddy list works) and ICQ too.
  • Omessenger – MSN/WLM Revival, I am not sure about this revival, but the owner was offline for a long time, and the servers are unstable, nothing else, sorry.
  • ChivaNet – AIM/ICQ Revival, i have used this service before, not only it is a AIM revival, it offers a mail service (with IMAP support), ICQ Support (alongside AIM) and Dial-Up (if you want for some reason), so its a good project.
  • KICQ – ICQ Revival, the last time i went on this website, it was offline, so i am not sure this service works anymore, but it might be back up after a while, i don’t really know, But overall, it’s a ICQ revival i used before and it worked fine.
  • Renaissance: Self Hostable Агент@Mail.ru (Agent@Mail.ru) server, Агент was completed by VK Group in August 2024, the public servers for Renaissance will be open in a point of time, but the project is still new, so expect some translation errors and bugs in the client, Project website is still under development.

Gaming

Unified list of gaming stuff

  • Pretendo Network – Server Revival for the Wii U and 3DS, i had once signed up for the service, but i don’t have a 3DS (imao), but support for game titles are going well and account services are also going well, i would recommend this for a Wii U/3DS revival
  • Novetus – Old Roblox Revival, Based on the Owners previous project, it as well supports a lot of feature, i haven’t tried, but maybe soon i will.
  • haydz6 – Roblox blog archive from 2012, nothing much (really).
  • RobloxMobile1.1 – A self-hostable Roblox Server, it fixes the early versions of Roblox (1.0-1.1).
